The Christmas Craft Fair has just seen its second successful year at St. Coens.
The Fair takes place on either the last Saturday of November or the first Saturday of December and is organised, with the support of staff and students, by the Parents Association Committee. It has proven to be a social event to look forward to, marking the start of the festive season, and has raised much needed funds for the benefit of our wonderful school. Over two years we raised just under €4700 for our school.
This year our fair was even bigger and better than last year!
WE RAISED AN INCREDIBLE €2560!
Funds raised will go directly back to our school for the development of our new school library. We are all very anxious to get the library up and running, as a valuable and enjoyable asset to the school and our children’s education.
Our first fair was a huge success!
There was an impressive turnout from families in the community. Students created beautiful decorations, and our choir performed carols. We also recieved many generous donations from parents and local businesses. Thank you to all stall holders, staff and volunteers on the day who helped make it a memorable start to the festive season.
